APM [Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika] spokesperson Shadric Namalomba dismissed the claim, saying that no cruising to Page House occurred and MRA did not go to the house as claimed. Acting Head of Corporate Affairs for MRA, Wilma Chalulu, also stated that MRA was not aware of any cruising to Page House or the invasion of Rosa Mbilizi's house.

To arrive at this verdict, iVerify Malawi interviewed both APM spokesperson Shadric Namalomba and MRA Acting Head of Corporate Affairs Wilma Chalulu. Namalomba and Chalulu said nothing happened, as claimed by Malawi Voice. iVerify Malawi investigations also show that MRA did not cruise to APM’s Page House neither did they plan to invade Rosa Mbilizi’s house.
